St. George has a single island platform. The University-Spadina Trains are on the Upper Level directly above the Bloor-Danforth Subway Line's platform. Plenty of staircases connect the platforms to a large mezzanine area above them. The stations walls and tiled platform columns are a very light green color, cream color the station's text and trimline in a darker green. There is a band of yellow, probably added later to help differentiate the two platform lines, along the track walls forming a bolding line directly beneath the roof of the station.
