The Sheppard-Yonge Station is an underground Transfer Subway station. The Yonge Line has a single island platform for the two tracked line. The track walls and platform columns are a cream color, whose metal sheets form a stripping. there are sections of these track walls with a tiled area large area of blue. There is no trimline along the platforms. The extremely new Sheppard Subway is located towards one end of the station and has two side platforms above the Yonge Line's, although only one is currently in use for revenue service, three staircases connect this platform with its art instillation of pixelated picture of a farmland scene. One of the stations exits is only accessible from the Yonge Line's platforms, and is also where the station's within fare control bus loop is. |
